Examples:
- At one of our clients - an important financial institution - an employee has during several years effected tiny withdrawals from various accounts and built up a small fortune ; when this was finally dicovered it was too late to recover the amounts, totalling BEF 18.000.000. Our client was indemnified by the insurers.
- A client stockbroker was the victim of a holdup recently. Insurers indemnified the amounts stolen.

Insurance of valuables in general (cash, shares, bullion, …) in sojourn in the offices (or in safe) or whilst in transit (by Mail, Express Courier, Armoured Transports)

Examples: - During the strike of armoured transporters, the Ministry of Interior organised collection of cash at the various supermarkets and banks of Belgium. - Cover of cash contained in tills and / or in safe, including transits thereof to the National Bank or the various head offices of the bank.

Kidnapping or Physical extorsion (or threat thereat) on persons in order to obtain a ransom.

Any form of liability can be insured. Liability may be legal or contractual. Any person or organisation who accepts a form of responsibilty may see it called into question and must therefore insure the financial risk - which may be very important in certain cases - which may result of this responsibility.
